Collection: Lambswool Herringbone
The Lambswool Herringbone collection is build from pieces made only from the pure wool of the first shearing - taken in the passage from lamb to sheep – and has always reminded us of our origins, long before STRÓ was launched as a brand. In 2012, we were working on the first production of scarves (on the smallest possible scale), a daring contemporary approach to the traditional undyed wool herringbone pattern from Serra da Estrela - the highest mountain chain in Portugal. It went so well that, as time went by, other products were designed and came to life, but the soft and pure yarns of lambswool are still being woven in our already iconic colourful herringbone pattern. A timeless collection, perfectly created for you to feel the experience of owning a piece carrying this much soul and tradition. Made in Portugal, naturally.
