Shepherd Throw — Lobeira Stripes - Pure New Wool

The inspiration for designing the thick and robust pure new wool Shepherd Throw emerged as a redimensioning exercise - both in scale and proportion - of the traditional and massive Shepherd Blanket, the centrepiece of our Shepherd collection. While keeping the same warmth and comfort, the throw features a reduced size and weight, therefore providing a different and naturally more practical use. It does not, however, replace the blanket, but instead beautifully complements it at home.

The Shepherd Throw recovers traditional patterns, like the pastor (natural white and brown stripes) and the lobeira (also with red, yellow and green stripes), while being woven in a new assortment of solid colours and new designs. It proudly carries the Made in Portugal quality label, which for STRÓ means a sustainable and small-scale local production relying solely on natural and ecological raw materials. Exactly as it should be.
